Flora Europaea perennial, H xeric steppe species north Balkan - Pontic - Caspian - Anatolian Pimpinello-Thymion zygioidis (Dobrudja), Festucion valesiacae, ?Stipio pulcherrimae-Festucetalia pallentis, ?Festucion vaginatae (Iron Gates area, see Mataca, 2005 p.72) R3416-3417, R64           A typical petrophile xeric steppe species very common only in southern Dobrudja, much rarer in Iron Gates area.
